Captain Olimar and the gang are back!
Well, that's September down and we're heading into the scariest month of the year (although considering the past nine months of 2020, we've had more than enough of scary events thank-you-very-much — we're hoping for a nice sedate October).
September played host to some excellent Switch games, not least Super Mario 3D All-Stars, the Mario compilation we'd all been waiting for. In between collecting stars and shines, we've been shooting some hoops in NBA 2K21, fighting crabs in the appropriately-named Fight Crab, marvelling at another fine Switch port with Ori and the Will of the Wisps, as well as enjoying a glittering array of indie releases such as Hades, Super Punch Patrol and Hotshot Racing. We've also been scrapping with Kirby in Kirby Fighters 2, a total surprise that dropped on Switch eShop with very little fanfare.
