Nintendo's already made headlines for a separate legal matter this week, and now after a two-year court battle, it has reportedly won a separate case against the German Consumer Protection Authority (VZBV) and Norway's Consumer Rights Council.
The Japanese video game giant was accused of violating Norwegian and EU consumer laws, by not allowing users to cancel digital pre-orders at all. Nintendo argued the sales contract was fulfilled when the pre-load was started. The council argued against this but was overruled in a verdict at the end of last year.
