The power gap between the Switch and its home console rivals is notable, yet Nintendo's system has played host to some amazing conversions since 2017, such as Skyrim, DOOM, L.A. Noire, Wolfenstein II, Overwatch and Rocket League. Even so, the rumours that Witcher 3 might be coming to Switch caused even the most optimistic Nintendo players to scoff; such a sprawling RPG epic surely couldn't be ported to Switch?
